What a great Service week-end! Even with a raw drizzle, rain and 42 degree temperatures, an absolutely amazing amount of work got done! Trees downed from the winter were cut up into firewood, branches taken down, brush hauled away, leaves raked, many maintenance items repaired, cabins swept out, boats taken out of the Barn. The Dining Hall (Pratt Hall), Office, Copeland Program Center and Infirmary were cleaned. Unbelievable all the hard work that was done by so many volunteers.

We can't thank the following people enough for all they did under less than ideal conditions:

Anne and Jim Bullitt; Alex Camerino; Debbie Clauson; Charley and Thomas Cleary; Nat, Lara, Hannah, Chilly and Montana, Crane; Jack and Carson Cremins; Lynda Goldkamp; Neil Hulbert; Chris Hyde; Alden Johnson; Ryan Lawson; Stephen Maloney; Les McDowell; Andrew Nagle; Ben Poole; Rick, Brent and Reed Stoppe; West Twitchell; Bevan Verryt; Tim Wood; Carol Pratt Zimmerman.

Most folks came on Friday and stayed until after breakfast on Sunday.  A big bonfire of all the brush and cheerful fires in the Library were enjoyed by all as we laughed and swapped many camp stories.

Again, many many thanks to everyone who participated! We couldn't have done all this without you!    Carol Pratt Zimmerman

This winter past has been one for the record books as the Knoll received an incredible amount of snow.
